Our customer is a national charity and is recruiting for a permanent part time customer focused individual to support in their insurance department.

 

 

 

You will need to have worked in a previous role where providing high levels of customer service have been paramount – on a face to face basis as well as over the phone – interacting with customers, to provide them with the correct information and advice on insurance policies that fit for their needs. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will clearly understand the need for dealing with our customers in a sensitive and non-judgmental way.

 

 

 

You will be confident, professional, approachable and a self - starter, used to using your own initiative working on your own on occasions. Ideally you will have some experience in a general insurance environment and will be familiar with the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority as it applies to this role.

 

 

 

This position operates over 25 hours per week, and is paying £15680.92 pa pro rata - equivalent to £8.15 per hour

 

 

 

Based in Caerphilly Town Centre
