Field Service Engineer Scheduling Coordinator

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced service coordinator who has managed the jobs and the schedules for service engineers to timescale and to SLA agreed quality standards. Experience of scheduling field service engineers work, travel and schedules is essential

Role:

• Coordination of engineers to site including their travel arrangements and equipment within UK and overseas
• First point of contact for service queries and bookings
• Oversee the administration of service contracts
• Manage administration of expenses, reports of WIP and training as necessary
• Process quotations etc on SAP
• After service customer satisfaction reports

Experience:

• Coordination of field based service engineers is essential
• Ideally with a good understanding of technical projects/contracts
• Excellent IT skills, SAP and Excel particularly
• Professional manner essential
• Any other languages would be ideal but not essential
