Our long established client is setting up brand new offices in Media City to offer out of office support for Blue Chip Companies and is undergoing a recruitment drive to extend their existing professional inbound call handling team

 

The Company offer to clients such as Health Authorities, the Police, Law and Insurance firms, Automotive companies, Maintenance and Repair businesses etc the following:

 

Out of hours call support, Business continuity plans, Help Desk Support Emergency help lines, Absence and holiday cover. The quality of their team is paramount as you will represent not only the Company but also the clients you are responsible for, you will have a friendly personality, be resilient and be able to create an immediate and professional impression/bond with customers over the phone

 

Inbound calls but outbound to arrange engineers or to escalate the call to relevant department. Calls are not targeted or timed as it can take time to get all the information, transfer calls, take claims details, whatever the client has contracted the business to do and each client has different requirements

 

The most important criteria is that you have a highly professional telephone manner and you will be thorough in gathering information from callers, take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems etc
