Financial Controller

The Place:

Xpress Recruitment is working with one of the UK’s most innovative and unique Hotel Brands to help recruit a Financial Controller for their fantastic 5 star property, located in Glasgow.

The Job:

As the Hotel Financial Controller, the successful applicant will play a key role in running the department. Reporting into the GM, you will provide accurate MI to the senior team while also ensuring all hotel departments have the information needed to ensure they keep on track to hit budgets and targets, plus prepare and report on any variances to forecast and budget.

The Person:

The ideal Financial Controller for this role will have previous experience in a similar position. You will be used to working to tight deadlines, delivering results and also understand how things work at the upper end for the market. You will be ambitions and driven while possessing the ability to motivate and inspire your team to play their part in the future success of this fantastic property, as this position has direct reports, experience of managing a team is desirable.

The Rewards:

For this role of Financial Controller a salary of between £35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits awaits the right candidate.
