Our client, an FCA regulated financial practice based in Preston, are seeking a Head of Compliance to provide overall direction and independent and objective assurance on the management of risk across all aspects of the business within a financial environment.
You will have a minimum of 3 years proven management experience within a Compliance Management role within a Financial Services environment and have an in-depth knowledge of the FCA Handbook and the required industry and compliance legislation specific to the financial services industry.
Experience of management of an audit department would be an advantage.
Comfortable reporting directly to the Board, and able to maintain relationships with FCA regulators, you will be ambitious, dynamic with an ability to influence, lead and inspire.
