Technical Support Officer Vacancy with North Lancs Training Group
Due to our continued success, we are looking to add to our first class team and appoint a Technical Support Officer to work within our busy Data Services Department.
Essential Skills:
- Microsoft Windows Server technologies 2003/2008/2012.
- Active Directory and SQL knowledge
- Network experience. (Microsoft Exams, Cisco or HP Exams)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows products (including Office)
- Good PC / peripheral hardware skills
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Team player
- Full driving licence
