This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing Letting agent and property management specialist based in Nantwich, you will be working in a fast paced environment looking after the office administration tasks and enquiries.

 This position will be supported by “on the job” training by a national training provider to achieve an NVQ Qualification; therefore you must be willing to undertake an apprenticeship programme and reflective wage

 

 The successful candidate will study a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Business Administration. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessment as work based learning, within the workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities;

Answering tenant, landlord and public enquiries

  • Uploading information to various online systems and in house CMS
  • Filing / Administrative duties
  • Opening / Closing of premises
  • Preparation of meeting information and reporting
  • General account management

 You must have the following experience / ability

 Ability to create documents / use office programs efficiently / high computer literacy

  • Using online systems any and as much experience (Facebook / Gmail / Twitter etc… also count)
  • Live in close proximity to workplace (within max 20 minutes drive)
  • Ability to offer additional hours upon request / prior notice
  • Experience with the public / customer services / using phones to communicate at length with people
  • Own vehicle a preference but not essential
