This leading sports nutrition manufacturer in Brighton are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator, to join their ever growing business.
They have been manufacturing supplements for those in the know since 1996. To achieve perfection is extremely challenging and it is a word that cannot be casually used unless it is supported in the real world. In their industry perfection requires both intimate knowledge of the nutraceutical world and exacting manufacturing standards.
Their sheer determination to lead the market in both innovation and quality resulted in the design and manufacture of their Science Park on the outskirts of Brighton. The two acre site provides exceptional manufacturing facilities for the production of a range of extremely high quality sports nutrition supplements.
As a Sales Administrator the main purpose of your role is to process orders and to support the roles of the account managers and sales team.
Duties:
-Processing of sales order from UK Trade, Website, Mail Order, Sponsored Athlete and Export customers
-Deal with inbound enquiries relating to customer service issues and orders and deal with in a professional and timely manner
-Ensure inbound inquires not relating to their role are forwarded to the correct person/department
-Deal with customer returns efficiently
-Liaise with couriers regarding deliveries of orders and deal with issues/claims that may arise
-Keep up to date with the latest sports supplements trends and have a key understanding of new product launches
-Additional promotional activity may be required such as promotional evenings, exhibitions, etc
-Attending supplier training courses when required
Benefits:
Salary: £17,000, 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), car parking, attendance bonus, staff purchases, gym membership'
Hours:
35 hours per week being 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid break for lunch.
