This is a permanent full time position, reporting to the Managing Director within our contact Management Centre in Cardiff. If you are looking to further develop your career in client handling and leadership then this is the perfect opportunity to work on a diverse range of clients in commercial and charity sectors. This position is based on 37.5 hours a week and will usually be Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm although flexibility is required as this is a client handling environment. The role incorporates senior client handling, leadership of a team of account managers and executives and being part of the SMT.
This role’s function is to handle current and future clients so that the business requirements for client campaigns, KPI’s and communications are delivered. To develop each client in order to grow the account. Management and leadership of the client handling team so that overall client growth is achieved.
Previous client handling experience is a must and call centre experience would be an advantage but not a necessity. You must be able to travel around the UK to visit client (driving licence advantageous but not essential).
