Our client a leader in their field are looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Depot Manager duties will include coordinating all aspects of the training courses, to maintain and control the training event management system, to liaise with SME’s at all levels effectively ensuring all communications are recorded and monitored, to manage all financial aspects of training including creating cost proposals, receiving payments, invoicing, outstanding payments and monthly reconciliation with the Finance department, you will also promote training opportunities and maximise attendance to increase revenue along with general office duties.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years proven experience in the training and construction industry. You will have excellent organisational skills, have the ability to quickly learn the features and functionality of business systems, have strong communication skills and be resilient with the ability to work under pressure. Possessing experience with Sage, CITB Levy Return and working with accredited and awarding bodies will be a clear advantage.
