Graduate Banking Complaint Handlers (Central London)
Momenta are currently looking for reliable, organised and hard-working individuals to join our customer service teams based within our client companies as Graduate Banking Complaint Handlers. Those teams will work in a result orientated, quality controlled environment where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to prescribed processes and to strict deadlines is a prerequisite.
Job Title: Graduate Banking Complaint Handlers
Start: Various intakes
Duration: Until the end of 2015
Location: Central London
Shift pattern: Day (9-5:30), Back (12-8pm) or Late (3-11pm) shifts available
Salary: £23,000pa OTE

Momenta are currently looking for reliable, organised and hard-working individuals to join our customer service teams based within our client companies as Graduate Banking Complaint Handlers. Those teams will work in a result orientated, quality controlled environment where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to prescribed processes and to strict deadlines is a prerequisite.
You will be working within a complaint handling environment which will involve handling complaints regarding Payment Protection Insurance.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED OF THE GRADUATE BANKING COMPLAINT HANDLERS
In order to be successful in this role you will need high level numeracy skills as well as excellent written communication and letter writing skills. Strong IT skills, in particular using Microsoft Excel is also essential. The ability to demonstrate you can learn quickly and achieve targets is mandatory. You will have recently graduated with at least a 2.1 degree in a relevant subject. Candidates who have attained a 2.2 in a preferred subject may also be considered.
3-6 months Financial Services industry experience would be desirable but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
