A new role has been created for a driven marketing graduate to join the expanding team, where you will work closely with the Directors to gain a thorough understanding of the company. Your focus will be to promote of all elements of the business, working with established brand names in retail, trade and online channels. The role will be varied encompassing; marketing management, graphic design, creative writing, and photography. With training and support your responsibilities and duties will include;
- Formulating an annual marketing plan to take account of seasonal demand
- Identifying suitable advertising mediums, negotiating prices and booking
- Identifying, booking and co-ordinating off site and onsite events and promotions
- Managing Pay Per Click online advertising based on cost and success
- Dealing with external sales leads
- Updating and pro-actively using the customer database
- Ensuring presence in all online directories and other locations
- Identifying other advertising, marketing and sponsorship opportunities
- Analysing return on investments
- Designing and producing 'wow' advertisements for printed media, along with professional in store signage and point of sale material
- Designing promotional literature and items, vehicles sign-writing and visuals as required
- Designing logos and evaluating for new ventures
- Creating website designs
- Identifying opportunities and producing attention grabbing press releases
- Updating social media channels
- Formulating exciting email campaigns
- Producing thought provoking 'blogs' to raise company profile
- Producing photography and video of products and promotions
To be considered for the role of Trainee Marketing Manager you will have the following qualifications, skills, knowledge and attributes;
- Degree in Marketing
- Smart presentation with an outgoing and vibrant personality
- Willingness to learn both theory and product information
- Ability to use own initiative and have a proactive approach to work
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail
- Highly computer literate and experienced with popular software packages
- Ability to understand customers and market appropriately
- Knowledge of HTML
- Full driving licence

Duration: Initially 6 month contract with view to lead to permanent contract
Location: St Asaph, North Wales
Salary: upto £16,000 (to be reviewed after 6 months service)
Hours of Work: Full time 40 hours per week. (Due to the nature of the role, weekend and out of hours work may be required to meet business needs)
