Operations Manager

Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership invite applications for Operations Manager.

We are a dynamic new small business with diverse experience as individuals and a co-operative spanning decades. We work in and with partners from all sectors. Our ethos is co-operative with social aims and fundamentally restorative. We aim to model restorative approaches in all we do and say.

Operations Manager

You will be highly experienced in setting up and managing financial systems and will hold financial accountability for the organisation, report to Directors and liaise with accountants, auditors and funders.  You will also have recent experience in managing human resource systems and will place relationships at the forefront of all your working practices.  You will manage staff and associates in the areas of payroll and human resource and share line management of all staff, associates and volunteers. Your appointment will complete our senior leadership team.

We would like to work with you full time but because what you do and how you do it is so important to us we will also consider working with you part time. Your full time salary will be £40,000.
