Our client is recognised as an Ofsted Outstanding provider, following inspection in October 2013. Ofsted rated the Overall effectiveness of their provision, along with Outcomes for learners, Quality of teaching, learning and assessment and Effectiveness of leadership and management as Outstanding. In addition, the Quality Assurance Agency, which independently reports on the quality and standards of degree provision, awarded the College more commendations than any other university or Higher Education establishment in the UK to date when it published its report in July 2013.

They are now looking to appoint a Delivery Team Support to join them on a permanent, part time basis for 22.2 hours per week.

As Delivery Team Support, you must ensure the effective and efficient operation of employer responsive administration and to provide accurate Management Information.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily development and update of course file tracking/monitoring/reviewing systems and for management information for allocated employer responsive areas. You will accurately input data onto the College computer systems including student information such as; sign ups, curriculum choice, attendance, withdrawals, transfers, nonstarters, completions, qualifications on entry, destinations and registers.

Monitoring student attendance, retention and achievement through register checks and keeping updated tracking sheets in order to provide management and statistical reports, you will maintain comprehensive audit trails for internal and external audits and complete regular data validation checks in liaison with the Administration Team Leader.

In order to be successful in this role, candidates must have previous experience of accurately inputting and collating data for reporting purposes and be able to demonstrate competence in using a computerised database. Educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (including English and Maths), you will be pro-active, inspire enthusiasm and work on own initiative to allow you to meet agreed deadlines. With excellent computer skills to include Word and Excel, you will be a strong team player with previous experience of a busy customer service environment. 

Hours of Work: 22.2 hours per week, 3 x full days on Monday, Tuesday and Friday
