Sales Estimator

A fantastic new opening has just arisen within our Oxford store for a Sales Estimator with a strong passion for sales and service who can engage and inspire our customers, helping them to create, visualise and build their dream home.

As one of our Sales Estimators you will have the confidence, energy, passion and professionalism to represent our brand and work in partnership with our customers and continually go the extra mile. You will visit customers in their home to confirm measurements and provide an estimating service. It is essential therefore that you hold a valid UK driving licence and have your own vehicle.

We are particularly keen to speak to Sales Estimators with previous experience in a retail sales environment or a proven track record of achievement in a consultative customer facing role with the flair, passion and enthusiasm to drive our business forward.

This Sales Estimator role is ideal for someone that has worked in a similar sales estimating role or where you have had to measure and provide customers with quotations. We welcome applicants who have worked as a carpet fitter, kitchen fitter, insurance claims specialist, sales designer, kitchen designer, bathroom sales consultant, conservatory or double glazing sales professional.

On average our sales estimators earn £25,000 but some earn a lot more as we offer an uncapped commission structure. You will earn a basic salary of £14k-£15k plus a £500 car allowance, Sunday overtime, a generous commission scheme for each sale made and a vast range of benefits such as colleague discount and rewards. We expect you to earn between £24,000 to £28,000 annually.

As a valued member of our team you will receive a 2 week induction, which includes full product information and design sales training. We have over 600 stores throughout Europe and national advertising campaigns that generate high quality customers and leads for you to follow up, allowing you to earn great money. There is also a great opportunity to move into management if that is where you want to take your career.

The hours of work are 39 per week over 5 days however Sunday working may be required on a rota basis and is paid as overtime.
