Quality Assurance Manager

PMD(UK)Ltd a leading supplier of Electroplated Finishes for the Electronics and associated Industries are seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager. The successful candidate will be part of the senior management team responsible for daily operations and the developing the future direction of the business.

This position will include the following duties:

• Devising, establishing and maintaining the Company quality policies, procedures and ISO9001 management system.
• Liaising with Customers.
• Reviewing Customer requirements and ensuring they are met.
• Be influential in setting Company quality objectives and KPI’s.
• Overseeing compliance and auditing.

The candidate will have:

• A track record of implementing an ISO9001 quality management system.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate and lead.
• Experience in ‘small batch’manufacturing environments. Metal Finishing ideally, but not exclusively.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety systems/compliance an advantage.
