Customer Account Executive

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: 15k to 20k per year depending on experience
Optilead is a rapidly growing organisation which provides a unique, innovative and exciting range of IT & communications services for businesses.
We are seeking an Account Executive to assist with the day to day management of our increasing customer base.
Working with our Customer Services Manager and Account Director you will be responsible for:
• Managing day to day contact with clients. This will mostly be via phone and email but some travelling will be involved for face-to-face meetings.
• Taking briefs from clients and specifying requirements to our developers
• Managing client projects to ensure that deadlines are client expectations are met • Identifying cross/up-sell opportunities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Great people skills
• Well organised
• Ability to pick things up quickly
• Self motivation, drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
• UK driving licence Our clients include a number a blue chip companies, predominantly in the insurance, utilities and travel sectors, so experience in any of these would be an asset.
