Customer Service Representative - French and German Speaking

Due to rapid growth and expansion, this successful service company requires French and German speaking Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for their clients.

Main duties to include providing reception/sales support to the team, together with managing your own work load. You will be expected to contact clients to assist with building the relationship and gain future orders. Updating the database and processing any new orders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience within an office environment, demonstrate a confident and positive attitude to work to, together with excellent communication skills and conversant with excel and word. You will have be flexible and have the ability to work well under pressure either within a team or have initiative to work alone. Fluency in one or both languages is required
