We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to work on our education recruitment division. A Business Development Managers role involves undertaking up to 10 visits a week to non user/lapsed clients across South Wales. selling outsourced recruitment solutions to high profile decision makers such as Head teachers and business managers. Having opened a year ago in the South Wales market we've already had an incredibly successful first years trading and we've even hired the British Lions legend Gareth Thomas !! 

Your role will be to support our strong team of consultants and help to build and grow our South Wales operation further. You may already be working in commercial recruitment (Education recruitment experience is not essential) and looking for a more senior role to suit your business development skills, or you may be working in a different business development sector altogether. Ideally you will be a graduate or of graduate calibre and be interested in working with a classy high end business, that put simply... pays the best commission in the UK.
