We are a rapidly growing in-house recruitment company, part of a global retail business and are looking to recruit an experienced communications professional to further develop and market our brand to an internal and external audience.

This is a wide ranging communications role where you will get the chance to:

*Devise and implement an external and internal communications strategy to effectively market our recruitment service to our stakeholders
*Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan
*Identify the publicity/news value of our achievements and operational developments and promote them accordingly
*Ensure the systematic collection, review and analysis of market information to identify competitor tactics, market trends, new opportunities and challenges
*Create, manage and implement relevant and targeted email marketing campaigns
*Develop recruitment communications materials that can be used by the team to promote our services
*Help plan and co-ordinate relevant conferences and events and develop associated communications to promote these.
*Monitor the results of all activities to ensure continuous improvement in our communications.

We are looking for a passionate, driven, results focused individual who has a proven track record in communications / PR and a strong understanding of social media and its use in developing brand awareness. You will have excellent written communications skills, thrive in an evolving environment and demonstrate both creative and analytical skills. An understanding of recruitment is an advantage but by no means essential.
