Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Shoreditch, E1
Salary: £40,000

At this web-based lead generation business, their goal is to provide property brokers, estate agents, developers and investment companies a range of solutions to grow revenue and increase profitability through online lead generation. They offer clients a tailored blend of classified listings, email marketing, Facebook advertising, Google AdWords, telephone qualified leads and contact data.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a multi-threaded and aggressive programme of online marketing, technical solutions and communications initiatives designed to generate a sales funnel of sufficient size to support rapid growth of the new business team.

Fast, technically adept and creative, with a grasp of the big picture, you will be capable of juggling an intense workload, yet still make time to analyse data and pay attention to the finer details.

This is not a starter role. You must have sufficient experience to hit the ground running and lead the following projects:

- Website Redesign: Rapidly assimilating a deep understanding of the product set, then restructuring, reorganising and rewriting copy within a new design theme in Wordpress.

- Sales Material: Producing downloadable PDF brochures in Adobe Indesign, a Prezi sales presentation for use by field sales staff, sales-focused webinar content, as well as a knowledgebase and training material for sales and account management staff.

- Sales Funnel: Leading a new project designed to identify and bolt together various 3rd party applications that will maximise and automate sales lead generation, enhancement and lead scoring for the sales team. Designing and deploying a lifecycle marketing campaign to push prospects through the sales funnel, maximising conversion into customers.

- Advertising Campaigns: Setup, ongoing management and optimisation of campaigns designed to drive prospective customers to the website, using email, Facebook, AdWords, Bing, YouTube and Linked In.

- Supporting Content: Development and delivery of content marketing initiatives covering white papers, videos, testimonials, case studies, statistical reports, blog articles, news commentary, industry surveys and press releases.

- Media Strategy: Produce content for and increase audience on Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Google Plus and other social channels, as well as media relations and blogger outreach.

- Team Management: Finally, you will take on line management responsibility for multiple campaign managers, each of which is focused on a single main discipline (eg. Facebook, AdWords), with regular oversight, training and performance management.

An understanding of property sales, international investment would be a considerable advantage, but is not essential.

The position is available for an immediate start and is near to Shoreditch High Street Station.
