To shine as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll need strong communication and organisational skills with experience of building customer relationships. Customers are at the heart of our business, therefore, you’ll need to take pride in what you do and really care about providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls to new and existing applicants, answering calls and questions over the phone;
• Confidently overcoming customer objections;
• Advising of the benefits of Carfinance247 and gaining customer commitment;
• Delivering exceptional customer service and always going the extra mile.

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous inbound customer service experience essential;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Well organised with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task;
• Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure in a busy, energetic environment;
• Ability to work effectively within a team;
• IT literate with strong keyboard skills;
• GCSE’s in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
