Software Trainer Software Applications Bath with UK Travel br br Package Up to 34k, Car Allowance, Pension Private healthcarebr br My client, a leading supplier of software applications require a Software Trainer to provide an implementation service to external clients providing configuration and training on the use of their software. br br Duties br br Use system expertise to enable decision making processes, including running consultation and system modelling days with the client.br Supporting the Project Plan with regards to system modelling and training. This will involve attending meetings, reviews and system planning discussions.br Ensure training methods proposed are suitable to the client s needs.br Maintain the relevant training plans so that the clients training timetables are always available to other departments.br Provide internal training to internal staff br Provide professional, comprehensive and enjoyable training to users of software packages that the company provide ensuring feedback to the clients.br Provide up to date training aids and procedures to assist trainees following training days on the use and set up of supplied and supported software packages.br Provide client with overviews of how the systems will function, together with preparing and liaising with the client and other internal departments in order to set up the client s live and training data.br Preparation of data for consultation, system modelling days, demonstrations and all training days, in addition to preparing data sets for the required number of sites to ensure live running is established.br Ensure that training related problems, encountered by clients are addressed and resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. This also includes ensuring that the user is kept informed as to the progress of their resolution if problems cannot be fixed immediately.br Ensure that the client s live project is up and running according to the training and project plans.
