SOUTH EAST ENGLAND
CIRCA GBP40,000 + CAR + BONUS - GBP45,000 OTE
Based in the South East of England and part of a privately owned GBPmultimillion Group, our client is a well-established and expanding company providing safety solutions to the construction industry and a diverse range of industrial sectors.
With a turnover of circa GBP3 million, the company has an enviable reputation as a leading Fall Protection Specialist providing 'Turnkey' services associated with 'Work at Height safety'.
Providing high quality products and services to end users and main contractors within both the public and private sectors, including handrails, walkways and horizontal life lines, the company is poised for further growth and now wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to head its small team of Sales Engineers.
With the role being both office and field based, the appointee will need to live within the South East England area. Although not essential, Construction Safety / Fall Protection Industry experience would be advantageous and candidates must have relevant experience gained within a relevant B-to-B solutions sales environment together with the ability to carry out site surveys in order to produce relevant measurements and details for accurate quotations.
With personal sales targets to achieve, the Sales Manager will be responsible for mentoring, developing and managing a sales team of 5 in order to achieve Departmental KPIs and revenue targets. Therefore, strong leadership and communication capabilities are essential together with the ability to motivate inspire and lead by example.
