CRG Healthcare currently have several positions available for experienced RGN's within Sussex.
About this role:
CRG Healthcare are seeking experienced RGN's to work in the Sussex area.
The successful applicants will be required to provide care and support to adults and older people with a range of illnesses and disabilities in the community. This will include all aspects of personal care, whilst encouraging service users to remain as dignified and independent as possible.
You will be responsible for promoting mental and physical activity through companionship and organised activities, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of a positive living environment within the home.
Other duties will include the cleaning of communal spaces and residents rooms, as well as launder services for clothes and bedding and assisting with serving food during mealtimes.
Due to the busy nature of the work previous experience in a similar setting is crucial.

Band 2 - bedded units - 6.5wte
Band 3 - community teams - 3wte
Band 5 - bedded units - 5.2wte
Band 5 - community teams - 6.3wte
All staff must be prepared to work 7 days per week, any shift over the 24 hours
Bedded units shift patterns are 0730-1530, 1300-2100, 2045-0745
Community shifts - majority 0830-1630, with some night sitting 2200-0800
All community staff need their own transport
