First Point IT are the UK's leading provider of IT talent to the majority of the UK's leading online players. Buy clothes online? bet online? reliant upon mobile apps? - well then there is a very good chance that we were the agency who staffed the brands behind these products.


Based in our Soho, London offices we are looking to start focussing on our new Graduate training program kicking off in Jan 2015 and are about to start the interview process now. Here is what we are looking for:


-Either a Grad, OR someone with no degree but 2 years successful sales related experience
-A confident, friendly and outgoing personality (key for us)
-A natural 'Sales-type' persona
-Ability to thrive under a relatively high-pressured consultancy environment (in the sense things HAVE to get done, no putting off till tomorrow..)
-Ambitious - the team as a whole are ambitious - they have a reason/purpose for getting up and going to work each morning (more than because they have to pay the bills)
-Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills


Here is what you'll get in return


-Training - an extensive training program tailored for our business and our clients. The training is a mix of classroom and practical assessments conducted over a 6 months period. This is a program, not a 1 week crash course in recruitment so important you are keen to learn/develop your skills, as opposed to rushing to make a quick buck
-Clients :Ecommerce, Gaming, SAAS, Big Data pretty much sums up the market in which we operate. You'll be working with the leading players in this field so an amazing chance to represent some truly infamous brands
