We work with a range of organisations from multinationals to SMEs within financial services, technology, Government and professional sectors, offering permanent and contract recruitment, fully managed service provisions, recruitment process outsourcing and executive search.

This Delivery Consultant will be positioned in our Volume Delivery Team which is responsible for managing vacancies that fall outside of our specialist areas for all Group companies including Resource Management and Sanderson. The team is high performing and deal with in excess of 100 job vacancies per month and a result of continued growth and increasing demand from our client base, we are looking to expand the team further.

What experience are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the desire to establish a career within Recruitment. Previous experience within a Recruitment environment would be an advantage but not essential.

You will need to have had experience in a client/customer focused role and be comfortable dealing with clients on all levels both over the phone as well as face-to-face as you will be expected to visit clients regularly.

The standards and expectations are high so you will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to deal with high-volume delivery targets within a fast-paced environment and the ability to learn new processes quickly
