We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with exceptional campaign management skills to join our fast-paced, dynamic team working out of either our London (W14) or Guildford, Surrey office. The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with both the corporate and field marketing teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns to an exceptional standard. As a self-starter, great communicator and a team player, you will build, test and send a wide variety of digital campaigns, managing marketing automation and email marketing systems, content updates to the website, leading webinars and all associated digital activities and distributing content confidently on a day-to-day basis.

You'll be the driver of campaigns, ensuring prompt delivery of campaign activity. Being involved in all stages of the process, you should be a strong communicator, quick thinker, highly motivated and have a natural curiosity of the latest digital marketing practices and techniques: you won't be afraid to try new things.

You'll be the go-to person for all online marketing activities including SEO/PPC, email, webinars, video, lead nurturing and scoring, social media and display advertising. And you'll organise the tactical digital campaign calendar and deliver multi-channel campaigns as part of this calendar, in conjunction with corporate and field marketing team revenue objectives.

Working closely with our content manager you'll identify the best existing content for journeys, and spot gaps or opportunities to produce more content that fills a distinct need.

To be successful in this role you'll be educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing or related discipline. CIM/IDM qualifications are desirable but not essential.

You'll also have some experience in a marketing role under your belt - preferably in B2B technology or life sciences - as well as an understanding of global marketing and supporting campaigns for different regions.

Amongst other things we'll be looking to see evidence of your experience in the use of digital marketing tools including: content management systems (CMS); Google analytics and PPC; CRM and marketing automation, preferably Salesforce, Marketo or Pardot; web event technology, preferably On24; and social media management solutions; preferably Hootsuite.

If you speak a second language (French or German) that would be advantageous, but it's not essential
