A key area of focus for us in ensuring this sustained success is Technology. As part of our committed to continuous improvement within IT, we are currently seeking an experienced IT leader to drive the implementation/ roll out of Oracle E-Business.

The principle objective of this role will be to define Oracle strategy to deliver long-term cutting-edge technology solutions, which support business objectives and demonstrate solid return on investment. This will involve leading multiple large-scale Oracle technical initiatives that span various disciplines, functions and stakeholders, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and in scope.

You will be the main Subject Matter Expert for Oracle, collaborating with internal and offshore partners to develop and maintain the Oracle architecture blue print, establishing a solid Oracle product foundation that is built upon proven standards. This should ensure the successful development of a robust, high performing and scalable application.

To ensure a successful integration, we are looking for an individual with extensive IT Leadership experience and a demonstrable ability to build/ recruit, coach and mentor a successful highly skilled team.

A strong Oracle background is also essential, including: implementing Oracle ERP applications ideally in a complex global, multi GAAP environment, EBS R12 (preferably with a focus on Financial Suite), designing product extensions and establishing development standards (Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL) and deploying Oracle products under a Global Single Architecture that is integrated with OBIEE, Hyperion and Legacy applications.
