Assistant Management Accountant

Our client is a growing and innovated Chartered Accountancy Practice based on the outskirts of Cardiff. A vacancy has arised for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the team

You will be responsible for the provision of accurate, high quality management accounts to customers as well as providing on-going support and assistance with forecasting. Duties include:

• Assisting with the calculation and posting of month-end journals and closing ledgers for assigned clients
• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of month-end management accounts packs
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requirements
• Assist with clients' purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control and daily bank reconciliations
• Assist with cash flow and P&L forecasting
• Assist in Project related work, including installation of new accounting systems and other services as required.
• Point of contact for enquiries and support for clients
• Other ad-hoc work as required

It is essential that you possess a upper second, numerate degree and that you have already gained 12 months experience within an accounts or finance role.
