Our client is continuing its ambitious growth programme and due to continued expansion and internal promotions, the following job opportunities have become available.

They are looking for Building Inspectors in the Quality Team to cover the following areas: Birmingham/Midlands, Milton Keynes/Oxfordshire, London/South East England.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the leading warranty provider and standards raising body for new homes as well as the UK’s largest building control body. Our client’s Inspection teams play a critical role in their success carrying out over one million inspections each year, working with builders and developers to provide the hundreds of thousands of high quality homes that the country needs.

All roles are home based and due to the nature of these roles, a full UK driving licence is essential.

All roles will attract a company car along with allowances associated with working from home and a comprehensive benefits package including a generous pension scheme & holiday entitlement, performance related bonus, private healthcare scheme and other added value benefits.

A regional uplift of up to £5,462 pa may also be payable dependent on home location.

Salary and benefits, on commencement of employment will be dependent on role offered, location, qualifications and experience.

• Salary £36,409 (minimum) to £42,834 (Job Value) per annum.
