IT Trainer

An IT & Telecoms Sales and Support organisation are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join their growing team.

Established in 1986 they have been providing services to the public, private and third sector organisations for over 27 years and have resources located throughout Scotland, Northern Ireland and North of England.

Following successful growth in the last few years they are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic IT Trainer.

This is a varied and challenging role which is responsible for the success of the entire training programme.

Key aspects of the role:

- Developing and maintaining training solutions;
- Creating training support materials;
- Preparing training courses relevant for the particular target audience;
- Delivering training courses in a classroom and individual basis as required;
- Managing all training documentation;
- Liaising with fellow colleagues, partner organisations and customers.

Their preferred candidate will have the following skills/attributes-

- Relevant training experience in an IT background;
- Experience designing and implementing training solutions;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Excellent organisation, presentation, listening, negotiating and consulting skills;
- Reliable;
- Customer focused;
- Highly motivated;
- Knowledge of Health Care Systems would be preferable but not essential.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
