Technical Officer (Operational & Maintainance) (SC clearance mandatory

I am looking to hire a Technical Officer for our Defence sector client

Role & Responsibilities

The Tech Officer Ops/Maint & Proj is accountable for ensuring they adhere and conform with all agreed DIO processes and operating procedures and instructions.

They will have responsibility for liaising and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders in a multi discipline environment requiring good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience required in either mechanical, electrical or construction environment encompassing facility/infrastructure maintenance, repairs, injected minor new works & small projects.

Duties may include but are not limited to: Management and procurement of repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment & infrastructure installation projects. Entering details of works in computer databases.

Track, monitor and update work status with Contractors to ensure customer expectations and agreed completion dates are being met;

Responsibility for providing support in delivering the environmental, health & safety, estate compliance and assurance portfolio iaw DIO and customer requirements .

Essential Experience:

ONC in building related subjects, driving license, construction experience, building and maintenance, Clark of works.
