We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Technology Solutions) for our leading client based in Construction Industry. This is a permanent position located in London for a large national company with a salary circa £40000 - £50000 based on experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
To maximise project profitability
Provide assistance on NEC Contracting processes and terminology
To support customer requirements, meetings and audits
To assist other departments, including the commercial team
Responsible for compiling and submitting Compensation Events and Early Warnings
The successful candidate for the Quantity Surveyor role will have a background in civil, rail or traffic and hold a MRICS or CIOB qualification. Cost qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for either a professional practice or client organisation is required along with Business Operations Skills. The candidate will have experience in a similar role and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
