My client, based in Oxfordshire, has a wonderful opportunity to join their growing development team, creating state-of-th-art imaging systems used within the semiconductor and electronics sector.

With a number of significant new business wins, they are keen to hire an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their group.

It is expected that the Engineering Manager will have a strong technical background in hardware, and software, development - ideally in the creation of complex instrumentation or capital equipment. Furthermore, strong management skills, and the ability to install good working practices and processes across the development group are mandated.
