PMO Analyst

My Client, a market leader in their sector requires a Project Management Office Analyst to provide PMO assistance to a technical programme. You will be required to ensure that project tools and templates are applied consistently across the programme team, and assist in the application of project governance and control standards.

You must have experience with the following:
-Production of status reports and related papers/documentation to feed into regular Management and Executive Meetings
-Planning, co-ordinating, preparing packs and taking minutes for Programme meetings
-Maintaining and managing an action tracker to capture all Programme level actions
-Maintaining project management standards and best practices across the Programme
-Co-ordinating resourcing requirements across the Programme - working with Programme Management and HR to ensure a smooth on boarding process
-Maintaining the programme organisational chart and holiday tracker
-Tracking monthly costs and forecasts compared to baselined budget, raising any issues/changes
-Tracking Risks and Issues across the Programme
-Tracking and reviewing Change Requests across the Programme
-Ensuring effective tracking & reporting of Project Status, Milestones, and Dependencies
-Facilitating project planning and estimating and providing relevant guidance and coaching
