Data Analyst

Our clients are an innovative cloud based service management solution. They are growing fast and are looking for fresh new talent to join their team and help them move forward.

They are looking for a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst with a passion for creating insightful visualisations of data.

You will be working in a small team; developing the reports and graphical visualisations using the embedded analytics platform for clients will be your main responsibility.

You'll be developing amazing analytics for clients and sales/marketing initiatives and help to drive continuous learning and configuration improvements based on the analytics.

In this role you will:

• Develop insightful analytics for clients and sales and marketing initiatives
• Help embed analytics throughout the application
• Drive continuous learning and configuration improvements based on the analytics
• Help with any existing architecture issues and assist with improvements

Required skills and attributes:

• SQL
• Data analysis - understanding and the ability to produce meaningful visuals
• Ideally 2+ years experience in a similar role (desired)

It is essential that you have an advanced knowledge of SQL, data analysis and the ability to work independently and in a team.
