Care and Support Workers

The Camphill Village Trust (CVT) which is a national charity. We provide
supported living, learning and meaningful work opportunities for adults with
learning disabilities and autism. We provide varied work opportunities including our own; farm and gardens, bakery, café, weaving and craft workshops.

We are in an exciting phase of developing our services and we need people to work with us who share our enthusiasm and commitment to providing quality care and support for adults with a learning disability and autism.

Care and Support Workers

Larchfield Community, Middlesbrough, £7.25 per hour, plus nights and sleep in allowance.

Yo u will want to make a real and positive difference to people’s lives. Yo u will have a good understanding of how autism affects people and will know
how to support people in their day to day activities, choice making and
development of independence.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or willing to work
towards this is essential. Enhanced DBS disclosure and a clean driving licence is essential for this post.
