Cable Assembler required to join an established distributor of electrical and electronic connectors. This company has created a unique position in the industry, providing a highly technical design in facility supported by an excellent in house cable assembly division.
Role Summary:
They are looking to expand their in house cable assembly department and as such are looking for an experienced worker to join their team. As a Cable Assembler you will be responsible for assembling connectors and cables while delivering industry leading standards of product quality at all times.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Duties:
- Soldering
- Crimping
- Product inspection
Requirements:
- Experience of soldering 'D' connectors
- Experience of using hand crimp tools
- Good manual dexterity to handle/assemble small components
- Good eyesight (aided or unaided) to work with fine wire and small components
- Good team worker, reliable and adaptable
- Precise attention to detail; maintaining their high standards for delivery, quality & accuracy
