This is a fantastic opportunity at one of the biggest bank in London to join the Group Financial crime team as a Central Financial Crime Compliance Support Manager. The role requires a lot of travelling, allowing you to see the world whilst working. This role will be to help regional teams prepare for and support them with visits from the regulator and visits from the monitor. An area will get a request from a particular area, and you will be required to fly out to the location and support the Financial Crime Compliance teams within that region. Stakeholder management is also essential as you will be required to provide information to local MLROs in addition to their duties in helping prepare for the visit.

Required:

Extensive Financial crime experience.
You must be capable of all financial crime aspects including AML, Sanctions, ABC, STF. As this person will be there to support the FCC teams with as much financial crime knowledge as possible. Need to be flexible and understand how to work with people from different working styles (cultural things mostly) as well as have the ability to lead change.
