What they are looking for:
They are looking for an innovative and creative management development consultant to join the team in Cardiff.

You will have a demonstrated background in the design and delivery of soft skills and management training programmes in a fast paced and demanding working environment, with proven experience of driving programmes through from beginning to end.

The ability to deliver creative and engaging learning events, to an audience ranging from team leaders to senior managers, is essential.

Naturally credible, with the ability to successfully manage a range of stakeholders, your passion for learning, and for helping others to learn will be evident.

Key responsiblitities and activities will include:
Analyse development needs of the management population, design, promote and delivers a training curriculum
Develop training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
Work in conjunction with Head of L&D, HR & Senior colleagues to co-ordinate development initiatives to support High Potential and Succession Plans across the Group.
Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs and utilise relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
