The role:

Business Development and Consultative Sales into Retail and/or Travel Industries across Pan-European countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify E-commerce opportunities by contacting potential merchant clients within Retail/Travel Industry;
  • Develop contacts through cold calling, cold emailing, meetings, attending events and conferences;
  • Understand the company's offerings and competitive products, pricing and proposal models and be able to be presenting the company in a professional manner to clients, potential clients and partners;
  • Being able to educate and consult the customers about the company's products, as opposed to a pure cold hearted sales process;
  • Present the company on the exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, prepare and deliver presentations;
  • Maximise closing of sales deals whilst developing further pipeline;
  • The role requires travelling to the countries where your clients are based.

About the individual:

  • 5-10 years of professional experience;
  • Knowledge and previous experience in either KYC, Risk, Payment, Retail/E-commerce, SaaS, Travel, Gaming, or Finance;
  • Knowledge of software transactions, sales and marketing strategy;
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Proven ability to achieve sales target;
  • Be a sales strategist;
  • Self starter, go getter, ambitious;
  • Languages are not essential however Italian and Spanish would be a bonus.
