Marketing and Administration Apprentice

This is a fantastic opportunity to have an apprenticeship in a rapidly expanding Company .  There software is being used in over 100 countries  as they have produced the fastest,efficient cloud based solution for real time feedback and instant engagement via mobile or online for customers and employees.

This role will be to provide Marketing support and develop the social media aspects of the company Someone witht he abilty to make suggestions how the social media can de developed.  Someone with photshop knowledge and a keen interest in graphic design would be ideal

Day to day support includes but is not limed to:

• Social Media Development
• Marketing
• Interest in Web development
• PDF software support                                                                                   
• Development of own software

• Fault Finding
• Liaise with external support team on major IT issues
• Installation of new IT software/ upgrades

This position will be supported by “on the job” training by a national training provider to achieve an NVQ Qualification; therefore you must be willing to undertake an apprenticeship programme and reflective wage

The successful candidate will study a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in IT, this will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessment as work based learning, within the workplace.
