IT Recruitment Consultant - Account Manager

Datacom Recruitment are the preferred supplier of specialist IT Recruitment Services to some of the largest blue chip technology companies in the United Kingdom. Additionally we have huge volumes of permanent vacancies coming in from our general client base of leading Information Technology companies situated throughout the UK. We now need Recruitment Consultants/Account Managers to service the requirements of these clients. Although you will be based in our London Bridge offices you will be out and about in client sites delivering a second to none IT talent recruitment service to our clients. This is an immediate role to start ASAP.

The successful candidate will have at least one year's experience providing IT Recruitment services to clients and be fully experienced in search techniques. You will have a good understanding of modern IT technology and its role in business and you will feel comfortable discussing Information Technology and innovation with candidates and clients at all levels. You will be a great communicator and be able to negotiate with clients up to Project Manager/IT Director level. There will be a great deal of customer contact in this role both by telephone and face to face and a rare opportunity to work for a highly professional recruitment group where the onus is on you to support the Client and fill the vacancies rather than find them.

We are very easily accessible from all over London, being just four minutes walk from London Bridge station with its excellent rail, Jubilee and Northern Line links.

Salary is negotiable according to your experience and expertise and with commission you should expect to earn GBP45,000 to GBP60,000 (OTE).

Our offices are located three minutes walk from London Bridge station with its excellent transport links. The London Bridge Quarter is now one of the most vibrant and up and coming areas in London, it is all on our doorstep!
