About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Programs Manager, EMEA, you will report to the Marketing Director EMEA. You will have regular interaction with the Marketing Programs Specialist, EMEA, the EMEA management and regional sales teams, and you will collaborate with global marketing and our customer excellence organization. You will be a Key member of the marketing team delivering an EMEA marketing centre of excellence.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Planning of sales-aligned marketing programs that will drive segmented pipeline coverage required to meet aggressive revenue targets, inline with Corporate and Regional strategy
  • Lead execution of multi-channel marketing programs to drive Qualified Leads (QLs) to sales
  • Laser focus on driving sales on conversions from QLs to SQOs
  • Design, develop and work with our marketing operations team to implement nurture programs that will move unqualified prospects through to QL and increase LifeTime Value of existing customers. Take responsibility for measuring and increasing our marketable database and the different persona-based segments required for targeted campaigns.
  • Assist with management of local execution of PR activities that align with the global PR strategy (via UK PR agency)
  • Execute local channel marketing activities aligned to the global and regional channel strategy and messaging. Drive Partner Marketing-sourced QLs through joint marketing programs
  • Leverage our enterprise-class freemium solution in innovative outbound ways to maximize downloads and conversions to opportunities and $
  • Copywriting and repurposing marketing content. Manage localisation.
  • Track success of marketing activities to improve pipeline coverage and bookings. Track spend against budget and monitor return on marketing investment, cost-per-lead analysis and opportunities for improvement. Weekly marketing success reporting to EMEA Marketing Director
  • Manage EMEA Marketing Assistant
