Customer Service Advisor - Connect Team

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Connect Team.
You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of queries from customers, and residents via telephone, email and written correspondence as well as through social media channels including Facebook and Twitter.
You will be responding to a broad range of queries across the full spectrum of Sovereign Housing's services covering everything from tenancy enquiries to property repairs and maintenance.
Candidates will have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner with previous experience within Customer Services/Contact Centre based role. Experience or knowledge of using social media is highly advantageous.
You will also have a high level of IT literacy, self motivation and problem solving skills with the ability to work well in a dynamic team based environment.
Candidates will also have a minimum of 4 GSCE grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Math.
