New Increased Base Salary - Customer Representative

Great news - from January 2015 onwards all new Customer Representatives/Claims Advisors will receive the salary of GBP15,500 per annum. After six months of employment this will increase to GBP16,000 - subject to successfully passing your probation period. This is a rise from GBP13,500 per annum.

We're looking for people to work on average 37.5 hours per week.

Shifts are between:

- Monday -Friday 8am-9pm

- Saturday- 9am-5:30pm

- Sunday- 10am-5pm

All the roles within the contact centre are hugely customer focussed and depending on the department you're based in you will be dealing with enquiries from new and/or existing customers about their policy, providing a high level of customer service through problem solving and query handling, issuing quotes and cross selling other excellent Hastings Direct products.
