Data Analyst/Operations Executive
Redfern Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst/Operations Executive for an award winning and dynamic call centre based in the centre of Stockport
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, both technical and administrative. The primarily function is to deliver all operational reporting on a daily basis to multiple business owners within the call centre. You will also manage agent data allocation and assist in the maximisation of lead generation through the delivery of MI and data reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and Deliver Daily/Weekly/Monthly MI reports across all telesales campaigns
- Analyze and interrogate the reporting and give recommendations to the sales management team
- Support the B2B data manager in management of the outbound dialler, including data management, daily interventions, dialing strategy, list performance, regulatory compliance, outputs/exports, script development, campaign performance and development.
- Maintain all reporting processes and procedures on a regular basis.
- Recommend improvements to procedures, processes and systems to deliver improved lead generation performance across all channels
- Attend key Sales Management meetings
- Tracking and evaluation of sales & marketing campaigns
Experience necessary for the role
- Report creating experience for sales management teams
- Strong quantitative and analytical ability
- Highly numerate
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Analytical skills to extract relevant information from evidence available for assessment, and make appropriate recommendations to the business
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- An effective communicator in both oral and written communications with ability to handle and resolve difficult situations on their own
- Ability to work under time pressures and to meet deadlines.
- Use initiative to determine most appropriate strategies and solutions
- Ability to manage demanding stakeholders in a sometimes pressurised environment
Experience (desired) for the role
- Experience of working with common CRM platforms such as salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in call centre outsourcing environment or high volume outbound dialling environment
- SQL programming
- Exposed to multi-channel contact environments including email marketing
