The successful Store Manager will be joining a market leader in the leisure sector with entertainment venues located within leading holiday parks, pubs and major airports. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced store manager from either the retail, hospitality or leisure sector that is looking to move into a managerial role and one where you will enable change to help improve the business performance and improve behaviours within their industry.

As the Store Manager, you will have full responsibility of running your own store managing a team of up to 25. You will be responsible for delivering a fantastic interactive customer shopping experience at all times, ensuring you deliver their brand values. You will need pace and strong commercial skills as this is a fast paced, high turnover venue. You will need to inspire, lead and develop your team, so you must be hands on. You will need a commercial outlook to ensure the venue maximises sales, conversion rates and achieving company KPI's.
