An opportunity has arisen within the Customer Change area for a Business Manager. You will be required to manage, on behalf of the Customer Directorate, allocated Programme Board approved projects ensuring all change deliverables meet the organisation’s expected Customer Outcomes, are commercially focussed and adhere to the Conduct Strategy and associated requirements.

Key Accountabilities:
Day to day leadership of change programmes in defining the future operating state of the business area and the vision of the project
Defining, owning and planning the benefits of the project and assessing progress towards realising those benefits
Embedding new capability into the organisation and facilitating business changes that exploit that capability. This will encompass key technology, cultural and process capabilities required for the business to deliver the benefits
Work with business areas to define operational acceptance criteria for change initiatives and ensuring their readiness for the changes being made
Promote and embrace a culture of continuous improvement being open, proactive and carrying out improvements in line with the corporate methodology

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Effective and inspiring leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to drive significant business transformation.
Self-motivated and an experienced influencer at senior levels of the organisation.
Ability to work with key business users to determine optimal solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
Commercially astute with substantial experience in Financial Services, ideally across a number of functional areas.
Proven capabilities in delivering change initiatives and driven by the desire to succeed and exceed expectations.
Degree level or equivalently educated.
